As Green as Forest green, fresh in the mind of Swim Guru Emeka, the SID Founder, laid the inspiration that gave birth to what is now known as the SID Logo. He searched for who could bring it to life and where countless tried and failed a true friend showed up and made it happen. His name is Leonardo Antonio.
@leoemens_64 the creative graphic animation artiste worked tirelessly alongside Swim Guru to bring his inspired idea and design of the SID Logo to life. The SID Family owes him a lot of gratitude for this.

The Dolphin represents man’s best friend at sea and the most intelligent sea creature. Explains the role that SID plays as the best friend and protector of the most vulnerable and the gift of intelligence that has been deployed for the SID Africa Project.
The circus dolphin playing with the ball represents how much fun, joy and hope SID brings to brighten the lives of the hopeless. And the transformation that occurs in the lives of our students turning them into great shining stars and entertainers that we proudly show off or exhibit to the world.
The dolphin in between the S & D represents the letter “i” in the acronym from Swim in 1 Day SiD which is understood and used in the same sense the seed that SID plants in the society would germinate and bear fruit.
Dolphins are social animals and often travel and hunt in groups called pods and this represents the SID movement and coalition where the organization unites like minded people from all over the world to stand and hunt for the accomplishment of the SID Mission, Vision and Objectives with a United front. In this unity lies the strength SID needs to cover all of Africa in 10 years.
